BookNet Canada doesn't give accounts to just anyone, unfortunately.

Re: Death of a Medium

Didn't I hear that the satellite radio system may soon be a thing of the past as well ? It won't have had nearly as long a run as the newspaper industry.

Re: Death of a Medium

i get my news from twitter (@CBCSask and @CBCCanada) and i listen to news-talk radio while i'm in the car.

Re: Open Source Software

These are definitely some good points that I did not think about. Sometimes I tend to see things only from the end-user point of view and forget about the business aspect. Unfortunately, the support is horrible the majority of the time, which makes me question again, why not use open source? Then again it's not our money...

Juscelino M. It's definitely helped me out once or twice. You should check out bitdefender. They have a free version that does a pretty awesome job scanning. No active scanning though, which sucks, but their detection and removal rate is one of the best. Oh yeah, it also requires registration.

Btw, step three is usually where one would go away for a few minutes and have a beer.
